- JBFS series of stirring plate making machine is an ideal equipment
required for enterprise producing the gold stamping plate, embossed
plate, marking plate, refraction plate, radium stamping plate,
various metallic label, prize, copper anti-counterfeiting stamp
etc. This machine can deeply etch the words, lines and patterns etc
after passed the previous procedures such as copyplate etc to
ensure the part with anti-etching film kept original conditions,
and part without anti-etching film etched and indented, and let the
words and figures crowned to realize an ideal result of printing
plate, high plate making speed, high quality, low labor intensity,
and easy operation etc.
- Working Principle and Structure
- Working principle
Clamp the metal plate on the rotary table, after the equipment
started, the blades of propeller shaft may carry the etching
liquid. While the metal plate clamped between rotary table
rotating, it shall also suffered the vertical impact of etching
liquid and let the blank part etched off to make a useful metallic
This machine composes of main frame and electrical control cabinet.
The main frame consists of (1) upper cover; (2) housing; (3)
propeller shaft; (4) heater; (5) air conditioning refrigeration
system; and (6) chassis etc.
Upper cover: equipped with balancing unit, easy open/close, the
rotary table seat is fixed at the middle of the upper cover; the
rotary table is directly driven by micro-motor to make the rotating
motion. In order to prevent the micro-motor damaged, the clutch is
installed between rotary table seat and shaft. The T-type clamp
plate sliding slot is arranged on the rotary table to securely
clamp the different size of metal plates on the rotary table.
Housing: welded with PVC sheet, with propeller shaft, blade,
heater, evaporator and temperature-sensing thermocouple etc in it.
Propeller shaft: consists of blade, splitter, retaining ring,
retaining gasket, bearing, bearing seat and pulley etc. The motor
driving among shafts depends on the shaft-end sheave and A-type
V-belt, high stability. The clearance between propeller shafts is
adjustable to compensate the wearing of shaft sleeve.
The materials of heater, refrigeration evaporator, and propeller
shaft are different for different metals to be etched. The detailed
materials include 1Cr18N9Ti stainless steel and TA2 Ti-steel.
Chassis: G–B angle weld structure with the adequate strength to
support all parts of the whole machine. The lower part of chassis
has been installed with the motor, with jack bolts on four feet of
chassis for levelling purpose.
Electrical control cabinet: welded with PVC sheet, equipped with
various electrical elements and control components, the operating
panel has various instruments and operating switches to control the
actions of all parts.
During plate making, this machine may generate the harmful gases,
so this machine must be installed in a well ventilated room and
equipped with water supply and drainage pipeline. As unpacking,
firstly check the equipment, accessories and technical documents
according to the packing list, then unscrew the anchorage screws
for transport purpose, then delivered into working room.
After the equipment placed stably, put four leveling bolts under
the chassis, place the counterweight blocks between two arms,
tighten the screws at both ends, and properly connect the main
framework with control cabinet through aviation plugs.
- Check the status of switches and buttons on console panel, the
detailed operations are as below:
Adjust the “zinc/copper” switch to the specified position, for
example, if the copper plate making machine purchased, then set the
“zinc/copper” switch to the position of “copper plate”, turn the
“time relay ON/OFF” switch to “stop” position, and “normal/debug”
switch to “normal” position, “forced to heating”, “forced to
cooling” self-lock button to free status (turn right), set the
inverter knob to zero position.
(2) Preliminary preparation before the equipment powered on, the
details are as below:
※ Forbid to operate the equipment without working medium or water.
Connect the equipment control cabinet to the power supply (the wiring terminals L, and N are power supply AC220V, L is the
live line, N is the zero line, and properly connects the safety
ground line), open the upper cover to let the blade vertical to the bottom, put
the relevant fresh water, with the water level 2-4mm higher than
the blade perpendicular to the bottom, close the upper cover.
(3) After equipment powered on, adjust the rotating speed and
horizontal position, with the detailed operations as below:
Press the “Power ON/OFF” button, just then the main motor of is
under low speed status, press the “system running” button, then
adjust the inverter “status key” (the first left key of inverter),
let the “data display” of inverter display into U000 (i.e., the
actual rotating speed of equipment), slightly adjust the knob of
inverter, let the actual rotating speed up to 180-190 rpm. Set the
“time relay ON/OFF” switch to “time relay ON” position, the
equipment begins to operate, open the upper cover to let the
equipment operate under low speed, manually press the contact of
limit switch to let the equipment operate again, just then observe
the height of water splashed at four corners, with the height not
beyond the upper level, the flashed height of water drops may be
adjusted by revolutions. If the height of water drop flashed not
compatible, it can be adjusted by adjusting four leveling bolts at
the bottom of machine, then set the bolts and lock up, close the
upper cover and stop the machine.
(4) Clean the cabinet, with the detailed operations as below:
During cleaning, put the relevant water and detergent into the
cabinet, start the machine, adjust the rotating speed of propeller
to about 400rpm. Agitate to thoroughly clean the oily stains and
containments in the cabinet. Stop to discharge the waste liquid,
then wash with fresh water twice.
(5) Adjust the equipment working temperature and time, with the
details as below:
Put the etching liquid prepared in the specified proportion into
the cabinet, properly adjust the temperature controller (see
setting of temperature controller parameters for details) and time
controller (see setting of time controller parameters for details)
as required. Turn the “time relay ON/OFF” switch to “time relay
OFF” position, press the “system running” button after the upper
cover closed, the equipment begins to operate. Observe the constant
temperature control, time control and tachometer control system,
whether they are sensitive and reliable within their adjustment
range. The rotary speed of equipment can be adjusted as required.
After the test run mentioned above, if all parts of machine are in
normal working conditions, then the plate making may begin.
- Operating Precautions
- The safety ground wire must be connected properly.
- Forbid to operate the equipment without etching liquid or water.
- Due to a clutch used between the rotary table seat and shaft, and
fixed on the upper plate, during removal, slightly push the rotary
table by hands to release from clutch, and then rotate by hands.
(otherwise, easy to cause the micro-motor on upper cover damaged)
- The rotary shaft is turned in clockwise.
- The draught of etching liquid shall be not more than 15mm under
vertical conditions of blades
- Maintenance of Equipment
- During operating, properly provide the machine maintenance to
ensure its normal performances and long service life.
- The exterior of machine must be frequently wiped; all switches and
instruments on panel of electrical control cabinet must be free of
- The bearings of upper cover rotary table shaft and propeller shaft,
and screws shall be retightened once a week, and refilled with #0
lubrication oil once, if found any standard components etched,
replace as soon as possible (which is out of warranty).
- Remedies of Faults
- When the refrigeration system equipment are in normal running
conditions, and equipment working in refrigeration system (i.e.,
temperature drop), the temperature controller lamp J1 lit up, KM2
AC contactor in equipment control cabinet closed, the air
conditioner wiring terminal (L23,N) has 220V power input. If the
machine temperature not dropped, then check whether three parts
mentioned above function properly or not to eliminate the faults.
- When the heating system equipment are in normal running conditions,
and equipment working in heating system (i.e., temperature rose),
the temperature controller lamp J2 lit up, KM1 AC contactor in
equipment control cabinet closed, the heating tube wiring terminal
(L22,N) has 220V power input. If the machine temperature not rose,
then check whether three parts mentioned above function properly or
not to eliminate the faults.
- This machine has two emergency buttons of ‘forced to heating”, and
“forced to cooling”, if the equipment temperature controller
failed, turn the “normal/debug” button to “debug” position, put a
mercury thermometer into the acid tank to substitute the
temperature controller to measure the temperature, and press the
“forced to heating” or “forced to cooling” buttons as necessary
4. When the equipment has only the low rotating speed, no time
controller displayed, both copper plate and zincograph indicators
not lit up, which were caused by poor contact of limit switch on
the left upper corner of equipment, adjust the small screws on the
limit switch to ensure the good contact.
First, the preparation method of etching solution:
1, nitric acid (68%) of the total solution was 20%, the additive
solution of 5% of the total, 75% of water.
2, prior to the addition of additives to shake, after accession,
the boot was stirred 20 minutes later.
Second, the etching temperature: 35-40 ℃ is appropriate
Third, the etching time and depth: 4 to 6 minutes the etching, the
depth (0.5-0.8) mm etched 6 to 10 minutes, the depth of (0.8-1.2)
mm etched 10 to 15 minutes, the depth of (1.2-2.5) mm etched 15 to
